Hey there, my name is Shaen Wolverton! I’ve worked in the fitness community for coming up on three years now. I’ve been able to transform my health and body as well as tons of other acquaintances of mine. I absolutely love getting to help others become the healthiest and happy version of themselves possible!

Interested in getting in shape for summer? I’m now offering my summer programs to help others prepare for swimsuit season! Whether you want to exercise at home or in a gym, I’ve got you covered! You can get in shape with my simple, yet challenging workouts in the comfort of your own home! My programs are very flexible and formatted to each individual’s goals. I also include a full grocery list that consists of healthy carbs, fats, and protein. Some of my clients have lost up to 12lbs in just 3 weeks! The two training guides I currently offer are my main guide that’s 4 weeks, and a shorter version of that which is only 2 weeks. Both guides include pictures demonstrating the exercises as well as information on how to properly perform the exercises so that way there’s never any confusion.
