A Note About Essential Oils and Safe for Ingestion Labels
Not all oils are safe for ingesting or taking internally. Please be sure you are only using oils that specifically say they are safe for ingesting. Young Living’s therapeutic grade essential oils are clearly labeled and all but a few of them are safe for drinking with your favorite beverage, taking in a capsule as supplements or simply adding a few drops to your foods, as we have shared here. If we feel it’s best you inhale or apply the oil topically on your skin rather than use it internally, we make sure to tell you the best uses for each of our 100% pure essential oils.
All this talk about food is making me hungry! Do you use essential oils for cooking? Which ones are your favorites?
